"little gym" and "big gym"

For quite a while now I have been taking Laila to "Little Gym" in Huntington Beach. Even since we moved we have still been making the drive up there once a week to continue classes and spend time with our friends Sarah and Adam since Adam is in the class with Laila.  She has advanced so much since starting out and it's so fun to watch how much she loves the class and how much she learns each week. You can tell each time she does something new, she is always very proud of herself and really likes to show off :)

Since moving to Ladera, my other friend Sara introduced us to a place called Cal Elite which is an awesome gymnastics arena that has "free play" for Laila's age group every weekday from 12-1pm.  We have gone a few times now and Laila is OBSESSED with "Big Gym".  They have a ton of trampolines and all kinds of gym equipment and she just loves it. It didn't take her long to figure out the concept of taking turns (because they only allow one kid on the trampolines at a time). At the beginning she would freak out if she had to get off, but she very quickly learned the ropes and knows that if I pull her off she has to wait her turn to get back on.  When we pull into the parking lot she goes into excited hysterics screaming "BIG GYM!" and when we leave, the whole way home all I hear is "BIG GYM FUN!" over and over again. :) I love being able to do things with her that get her so excited.
