Happy 4th!

We had a great 4th celebration this year.  We got up late (late with 2 kids = 8am), got coffee and breakfast at Starbucks, and then headed to our first Ladera Ranch parade. Laila loved watching the parade and grabbing the candy that was thrown. We then headed home for lunch and naps, and then set off to the town's celebration where we heard some 80's music, had some shave ice and spent time with friends. We then went to our friends' house for a bbq before watching the fireworks.  Laila impressed us by powering through and making it through the fireworks. We didn't get home until 10pm! Juliet also impressed us by falling asleep in her stroller around 8 and completely sleeping through the fireworks. Overall it was a great day celebrating our independence!
